Greenwood
Greenwood 24-unit project on a compact 3,400 sqft infill site designed to meet the Living Future: Living Building Challenge. LBC is a philosophy, certification, and advocacy tool for projects to become truly regenerative. It provides a framework for design, construction, and the symbiotic relationship between people, our community, and nature. In addition to the LBC core imperatives, this project pursues energy, equity, and beauty petals.
