ST Tower

ST Tower is a 24 story concrete high rise originally constructed in 1964. The client selected Workshop AD for a complete overhaul that would take the building in two different directions. Situated adjacent to several historic buildings like the Alta Club, The Tanner Building, and the Hotel Utah, the precast concrete cladding of the podium and streetscape are being replaced with a new glass & limestone façade with granite paving that introduces a relationship to the historic neighbors. This referential exterior transitions inside through fully renovated lobbies and common areas to contemporary office spaces and systems.
